When done well, digital marketing can help spark meaningful interactions and grow a loyal following. Here are a few examples of web copy I’ve written to help drive engagement and sales.

Asurion.com Redesign

When the Asurion website needed a refresh in 2018, I worked with a UX designer to streamline the site by making it easier to file claims (45% of overall traffic) and providing a clear call to action. I also rewrote much of the copy to be more conversational. Although the redesign was postponed due to a rebranding effort, it was a catalyst for the next iteration of the site.


Samsung Premium Care Landing Page

To support the launch of our new protection plan for Samsung customers, we needed to create a landing page for customers to go when they needed help. By blending Asurion’s voice with Samsung’s look and feel, we were able to create a sleek landing page that made it easy for Premium Care customers to engage with the service.

Sprint Complete Challenge

When asked to develop an online tool for Sprint to drive protection plan awareness and education, I wanted to create something that sales reps would actually want to take. Instead of your standard quiz questions, I wrote scenarios that brought the product features to life which were followed by a multiple choice question.

Over 15,000 Knowledge Checks were completed to date, with a 94% participation rate in the retail channel specifically; which helped us achieve an uptick in program revenue. Even more, the data we collected provided valuable insights into the overall product knowledge and engagement patterns of our partnering sales reps, which helped us improve the quality of our messaging.
