Verizon Customer Journey

When we had a new client lead at Verizon, we were asked to create a presentation to bring him up to speed on the product. But instead of taking him through a typical PowerPoint presentation, we created a fictional family with a Mom, Dad, two kids and Grandma-and showed how they might interact with our service over the course of one year. Each of the product’s capabilities were highlighted in a way that showed the end benefit for the customer, rather than a tedious list of product features.
