Videos are powerful in helping tell a story, show your products in action, and drive sales. While at Asurion, I wrote scripts and provided creative direction for a variety of videos including sales training, interviews, brand awareness, customer experience, social media. Below are just a few.

When Asurion relaunched their brand in 2019 with a new look and voice, they needed employees to buy in. So I wrote a script for a video to be shown at our annual Town Hall meeting, introducing the new brand to all the employees. We even filmed real employees to open and close the video, making it that much more authentic.


Asurion Expert Stories

One of the things that makes Asurion’s tech help service so unique is the community of tech experts who deliver it. To showcase Asurion experts’ knowledge and compassion, I curated stories from experts all over the country and then helped facilitate the retelling of those stories in interviews that were shared on the company’s website and with client partners as well.

To supplement a PowerPoint deck for a client, our Home Depot account team asked us to create a video to end the presentation. Since the video was going to cap off a long meeting, I needed to keep the script short enough to keep the client’s attention, but still include all of the innovation and value prop that differentiates Asurion. The solution? A day in the life of a Home Depot Protection Plan customer.


VERIZON PROGRAM REDESIGN VIDEO

When Verizon launched three new benefits last summer, including same-day delivery, we needed to make the launch feel as big as possible. To accomplish that, I wrote a customer-facing script that had a commercial feel to it, and used it to get the sales associates and executives excited about the relaunch.
